USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of KSL application or from application infrastructure itself (Example: IP Address, Device information).

If you use KSL application, we also may collect the following information if you
choose to provide us with access or permission:

Mobile Device Access.
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device to
store offline data for KSL application only. If you wish to change our access or permissions,
you may do so in your device's settings.

Mobile Device Data.
We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model,
and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information,
device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet
service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If
you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network
associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type
of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the
features of our application(s) you accessed.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use),
device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash
dumps"), and hardware settings).

other device you use to access the application. Depending on the device used, this device data
may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application
identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or

For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). However, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the application.

In Short: We may collect limited data from Teachers, Parents, inclusive education partners, and other outside sources.
In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant inclusive education information, offers, and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as affiliate programs, education partners, data providers, and from other third parties. This information includes email addresses, Names, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion. If you interact with us with email address, we receive personal information about you such as your name, email address. Any personal information that we collect from your email account depends on your email account's privacy settings.

- CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
